Catawba Valley Animal Hospital

We have been using this Vet office for a very long time now. My wife and I cannot say enough things GREAT about Dr. Bill and Dr. Bristol and the rest of the staff!!! They’re all so caring, polite and take wonderful care of our animals. The last year was a tough one on us, we lost 2 of our senior dogs within 10 months of one other and they took very great care of both of our animals up until the very end and answered any question at any point in time to see to it that we were able to get the most time with them. We will be forever grateful for that. It’s also very reasonably priced as well, they’re not over the top and can definitely fit into a budget. I will always recommend this place, 10/10 for Catawba Valley Animal Hospital!

Our little furbaby was sick for about a month or longer. We had taken her to one vet before this one and they didn't do a good job - giving us the wrong medication & ect... therefore our dog not getting better. They were able to fit her in for surgery the same day we called, to help start her recovery. We are now home and loving on her, thankful for the wonderful and kind staff at this facility. I will forever start bringing my baby here!

My sweet little cat Pickles came home yesterday from Catawba Valley Animal Hospital. Dr Bill and her staff were all very nice and professional. I left Miss Pickles to be worked in as she was very sick. The assistant that checked Miss Pickles in (Shannon I think) was caring and compassionate from the time we walked into the exam room. She was gentle; I really like that she took time to talk to me and to Pickles which eased her anxiety about being somewhere other than home. Dr Bill called and gave us a thorough report about her impressions and diagnosis with lab results and X-rays. I wasn’t feeling well myself Wednesday so I ask Dr Bill if Miss Pickles could spend the night there so she could be re-checked the next morning. When I came to pick her up Dr. Bill took time to talk to me and give me instructions on Pickles’ aftercare. Dr. Bill is the perfect combination of expert and genuine care and compassion. That is often hard to find in doctor. It was a positive experience from the receptionist and cashier. Also, I would be remiss if i didn’t say how SHOCKED I was at the amount of the bill! It was much much less than I expected for labs, X-rays, meds, take home meds, and the overnight stay. My gratitude to Dr. Bill & Staff! I missed seeing Jessica, other than that, I have nothing but compliments! 😊💯👍🏻

Such an amazing veterinarian office, after a very stressful and expensive couple of days going to the emergency vet for my 10 year old kitty Catawba Valley Animal Hospital was able to get Chloe right in. I had called my veterinarian office multiple times and many more vet offices and no one could get her in but this amazing office did. We had just had to put our other kitty down almost two weeks ago and was totaling 1100 in vet bills between both of my furbabies. We were depleted and emotionally drained and exhausted. But with the help of Catawba valley animal hospitals caring staff and very reasonable prices the proper diagnosis was made and my baby is starting to act like herself. I will forever be grateful to this facility. Chloe is my best friend and I truly believed they saved her. We also made the switch from our previous vet to this wonderfully caring facility. ❤️
